About the job

We are looking for our next Experienced Recruiter who loves the recruitment industry but needs greater flexibility in their role.

We have job leads come in through website enquiries and various attraction campaigns. That said, because you are on the ground, we would love for you to keep your eyes open in regards to what's being built in your patch and reach out to them... just 10 prospective clients per week. Business development is a team effort and your part to play is important.

We work in the permanent recruitment... not temp... no after-hours calls or weekend contact required. We have numerous rewards and incentive programs. For our Hybrid Full / part time roles... we pay a fortnightly Salary and give you access to our full time commission structure. There is no commute,



you don't spend half your week cold calling, no constant reference checking and you will receive ongoing administrative support. Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $140+K working 20h/w. Available for more than 20 hours? We can tailor a role to suit you.

About you

This is not an entry level role. This is not a trainee-ship. We wantexperienced recruiterswho want to be treated like adults, don't like being micro managed and want to work in an uncapped / unhindered recruitment role.

You may be a stay at home parent with a background in Recruitment. You may need greater flexibility such as working partially from home, selecting what hours you work, working around family commitments but still want to contribute to the family income. You would attend a few weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams, otherwise, your time is yours.

I should also mention that we recruit Australia wide... so non-comps can be side stepped.

Essential Criteria

- Recruitment Agency, Recruitment Consultant experience in Australia 3+ years
- Located inCanberra
- Home office set up or ability to set one up, we provide an Iphone and phone plan through Telstra, Laptop fully managed by Frontline's IT department.
- Availability 4+ hours per day, 4+ days per week
- You know your numbers, rates, results and accomplishments
- Resilient attitude
- Job-Added experience is highly regarded
- Seek PTS experience is highly regarded

***We are an approved Sponsorship Company and are open to Sponsorship of suitably qualified Recruitment Consultants. Students studying HR and with min availability of 20 h/w are open to send an email enquiry.
