Senior Network Engineer | Data Centre Network Remediation Project

9-Month Contract | 3 Days Per Week

In office Requirement (3 Days Per Week) We are partnering with a large and highly respected healthcare organisation to engage an experienced Senior Network Engineer for a critical Data Centre Network Remediation Project. This opportunity will see you play a lead technical role in modernising and optimising enterprise network infrastructure across a complex multi-site environment.

Working within a collaborative technology team, you will be responsible for delivering network remediation activities, supporting critical infrastructure, and driving operational improvements across data centre and enterprise networking platforms. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on engineer with deep Cisco Data Centre expertise and proven experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.

Duties of the Role

Lead the remediation and optimisation of Cisco ACI Fabric environments across critical data centre infrastructure.

Execute complex network configuration changes, upgrades and maintenance activities within enterprise environments.

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve high-priority network incidents while driving root cause analysis activities.

Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture and project delivery teams on network modernization initiatives.





Develop and maintain network documentation, design artefacts, configuration standards and operational procedures.

Provide senior technical leadership, guidance and support to engineers, vendors and project stakeholders.

Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI Fabric, Cisco Nexus and enterprise data centre networking technologies.

Proven experience supporting and delivering Data Centre Network projects within complex enterprise environments.

Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching and enterprise network operations.

Demonstrated experience leading network remediation, migration or infrastructure uplift initiatives.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across technology and business teams. What's on Offer?
