With a substantial pipeline of current and upcoming developments, we are looking for experienced Senior Off-Plan Property Sales Consultants who know how to convert opportunities, build lasting client relationships and consistently deliver results.

This is not an entry-level real estate position.

We are looking for proven residential project sales professionals who want access to quality projects, strong lead generation, industry-leading commissions and the support required to perform at an elite level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Off-Plan Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the complete buyer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange.

You will

● Drive sales across our portfolio of off-the-plan residential developments.

● Convert inbound and generated leads into qualified opportunities and sales.

● Build relationships with investors, owner-occupiers, downsizers and first-home buyers.

● Identify each client's objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities.

● Conduct professional project and property presentations.

● Manage your sales pipeline from initial enquiry through follow-up, negotiation and exchange.

● Maintain disciplined and proactive follow-up across all leads.

● Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

● Represent Kandeal Projects and our development partners to the highest professional standard.

● Provide management with regular reporting on lead activity, pipeline and sales performance.

● Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business

ABOUT YOU

● To be considered for this senior position, you will need:

● A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in residential project marketing and off-the-plan property sales.





● A current and valid Real Estate Licence.

● Demonstrated success converting residential property leads into sales.

● Strong communication, presentation and active listening skills.

● Excellent negotiation and closing ability.

● A proven ability to build trusted relationships with buyers and industry stakeholders.

● A disciplined approach to lead management and follow-up.

● Resilience, ambition and a strong work ethic.

● A genuinely results-driven mindset.

● Valid Australian working rights.

● A current Australian driver's licence.

Please note: This is a Senior Off-Plan Property Sales Consultant position. Only applicants with relevant, proven residential property sales experience will be considered.

REMUNERATION

Commission Only | Uncapped Earning Potential For the right salesperson, the opportunity is substantial. Current Kandeal Projects sales consultants are earning in excess of $300,000 per annum.
