We partner closely with clients, families and home care providers to deliver evidence-based services that prioritise lasting wellbeing and quality of life. We’re looking for a Senior Physiotherapist located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Tasks And Responsibilities

Clinical work Assess and manage the needs of clients, and provide expert advice and treatment options

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the delivery of care

Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice

Lead in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirement

Provide clinical support and coaching to junior Physiotherapists

Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice

Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with





Identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of care

Engage in career development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge Team Management Support Support the team management by mentoring and coaching a team in delivering client-centred care; you’ll be closely supported by the National Head of Physiotherapy

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns

Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of physiotherapists

Ensure that all compliance requirements are met, including team certifications are up to date Organisational Growth Proactively create knowledge sharing opportunities across Nimbus Health

Contribute to company and departmental training sessions

Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

At least 4 years of experience

Current AHPRA registration A valid Australian driver's license

Regular access to a car

Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of a range of physiotherapy treatment modalities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload of clients and prioritise tasks effectively

Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
