The role
- Own project engineering across commercial mechanical projects
- Lead technical delivery, documentation and design coordination
- Work closely with site and design teams to keep projects on track
- Mentor junior engineers as part of a senior leadership pathway
You'll bring
- Proven project engineering experience in mechanical/HVAC commercial projects
- Strong technical documentation and coordination skills
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Readiness to step into a senior, more autonomous role
