We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team for an initial 12 month contract to lead the delivery of complex ICT and business transformation initiatives within an enterprise and complex workplace This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who excels in stakeholder engagement, organisational change, governance, and the successful delivery of large-scale projects with significant organisational impact. Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex projects with enterprise-wide impact

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies

Establish and maintain effective governance and reporting frameworks

Engage and manage senior stakeholders across multiple business and technical areas

Drive organisational change and support business readiness activities

Manage project resources, vendors, contracts and financial performance

Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and to quality standards

Provide strategic advice and reporting to executive-level stakeholders

Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement Essential Experience





We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in:

Delivering complex ICT projects and programs in large organisations

Project Management (SFIA Level 6 equivalent)

Organisational Change Management (SFIA Level 6 equivalent)

Requirements Definition and Management (SFIA Level 5 equivalent)

Stakeholder Relationship Management (SFIA Level 5 equivalent)

Financial Management, including budget tracking, forecasting and reporting (SFIA Level 4 equivalent) Highly Regarded

Team leadership and people management experience

Quality assurance and continuous improvement capability

Experience working in government or highly regulated environments
