Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major power station project in Queensland. This is a high-profile role responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major power generation project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies, plans,



and governance frameworks.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Drive project controls including schedule management, cost forecasting, risk management, and reporting.
- Oversee the administration and performance of EPC, construction, and service contracts.
- Manage commercial outcomes, including budget control, variations, claims, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, regulators, government authorities, contractors, and local communities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective corrective actions where required.
