Plexxcon is seeking an experienced and commercially driven person to take on our Remedial Works Manager position to take ownership of our growing remedial construction division in SE Qld, and be part of our expansion to NSW and Vic.

This is not simply a project management role. It is an opportunity for a motivated industry professional to lead and grow a business unit within an established commercial construction company—with the systems, resources, reputation and financial backing of Plexxcon behind them.

We are looking for a genuine go-getter: someone who can build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, win work and then lead its successful delivery. The Opportunity





As Remedial Division Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for Plexxcon Remedial. You will develop and grow the division’s existing client base, secure new work, manage delivery and oversee its overall financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include

- Actively developing recent remedial work opportunities across the industrial, commercial, multistorey, strata, body corporate and facilities sectors
- Building relationships with building managers, body corporate managers, consultants, engineers, asset managers and commercial property owners
- Networking within the industry and developing new referral and client channels
- Inspecting potential projects, developing scopes and identifying practical remedial solutions
- Pricing, estimating and tendering remedial works, with support available from the Plexxcon estimat
