Instructions

Upload a one-page pitch, no more than 5,000 characters. This is the limit set by the client, so use it: your pitch should sell your capability and experience by showing, with concrete examples and outcomes, how you've done the work described in the Job Details, Key Responsibilities and Essential Criteria above, as this is what you will be assessed against. A pitch that demonstrates delivery beats a summary of your CV.

You must also provide two referees (name and contact details) who can speak to your capability in this role. If you have previously worked for Services Australia, either as a contractor or employee, including its former agencies such as the Department of Human Services, include details of that work history (e.g. manager, branch).
