About the Role
You'll take ownership of a well‑maintained residential portfolio, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include
- End‑to‑end management of approximately 130 residential properties.
- Landlord and tenant relationship management.
- Routine inspections and lease renewals.
- Maintenance coordination.
- Arrears management.
