Calling All Senior Property Managers!

Our clients are seeking experienced and driven Senior Property Managers to join their teams within Inner Northern and East Brisbane. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, processing rental applications, and liaising with tenants and landlords

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, arranging repairs and addressing any issues that arise

- Ensure all rental and property management activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with the leasing of vacant properties, including marketing, tenant selection, and lease negotiations

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, and prepare regular reports for the business

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of success





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure

- Thorough knowledge of the residential rental market, relevant legislation, and best practices in property management

- Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant digital tools experience an advantage.

- A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service

- Own vehicle
