Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior SMP Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team until mid-2028, based in the Brisbane office until December then on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring

- Australian recognised Mechanical or Fabrication Trade Certificate

- Demonstrable experience working as a Senior SMP Supervisor / Superintendent within the resources sector

- Experience working against Level 3/4 schedules; understanding of critical-path activities; coordinate short-term look-ahead plans and removing field constraints

- Experience providing accurate daily progress, manpower and equipment updates, productivity reporting, delays notifications and key activity updates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field

- Solid attention to detail and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment




- Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport

- Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
