The Role:

With the property management portfolio continuing to grow, our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and help drive the next stage of expansion.

You’ll manage the full sales process, from generating opportunities through to securing signed management agreements, while working closely with an experienced property management team that delivers on the promises you make. Rather than handing over new business and losing visibility, you’ll remain connected to the onboarding process and build lasting relationships with your clients.

You’ll be backed by experienced directors who are actively involved in the growth of the business, providing support, removing roadblocks and celebrating your success along the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective landlords and investors
- Generating new business through referrals, networking and targeted prospecting
- Conducting market appraisals and presenting tailored management proposals
- Negotiating management agreements and converting opportunities into long-term clients
- Working closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless client experience

The Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust and creating long-term relationships. You’ll be commercially minded,



self-driven and confident managing your own pipeline while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will bring:

- 3 years’ experience in Property Management or as a Sales Associate in real estate
- Strong understanding of property management fundamentals, including leasing, compliance and tenant relationships
- Experience managing your own sales pipeline and CRM with strong follow-up discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A genuine relationship-first approach with the ability to build trust quickly
- Current driver's licence and real estate licence is required for the role
