The Role: Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you’ll build relationships with both clients and candidates, helping businesses solve hiring challenges while creating career opportunities for job seekers. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop client partnerships and work closely with employers to understand their workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions that add value.

You’ll also source, engage and interview candidates, matching their skills and career goals with the right opportunities. Success comes from your ability to build trust, create opportunities and consistently deliver results, making it a natural fit for someone with experience in account management or business development.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience (whether it be minimal or a lot) in account management, sales or recruitment




- Confidence building relationships with decision makers
