Working within a dynamic team who manages a workforce of several hundred, you will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to speak to people at all levels and from many different backgrounds.

This role will suit a university or HSC graduate that is seeking a career in the humanities and seeks variety, responsibility and an opportunity to learn and advance quickly.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

Speaking to people over the phone and gathering information

Entering information into a database and completing a registration process

Screening, Interviewing and inducting new candidates to assist our client requirements.

Solid excel spreadsheet management and maintenance

The ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple team members

Learning and Understanding the end-to-end process of the recruitment Spectrum encompassing multiple sites and multiple skills and job descriptions.

Build, and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their staffing needs

Ensure WHS standards and VEVO check.





Coordinate rosters and managing fill urgent orders.

Candidates must be willing to work after-hours when required.

You will demonstrate:

Excellent project management skills

Excellent attention to detail and strong and accurate follow up.

The ability to communicate, discuss and negotiate with stakeholders in your team and wider business

Confident and articulate communication skills.

Own transport and drivers' license is preferred.
