Full-Time/Part-Time Aged Care Physiotherapist – NSW
Jasda Care, a leading provider of aged care physiotherapy services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated ONSHORE Physiotherapists to join our growing team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role involves working across residential aged care, home care, and community settings. You will collaborate with residents and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, with a strong focus on reablement and wellness. Your work will help optimise mobility, restore or maintain functional capacity, reduce pain, and promote long-term independence and wellbeing for older Australians.

New South Wales
- 2 Full-Time Physiotherapist roles – Newcastle & Hunter region NSW
- 2 Full-Time Equivalent Physiotherapist roles – Bankstown, Bexley & Liverpool NSW
Adelaide
- Multiple Full time Equivalent Physiotherapist roles available across Adelaide
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment and pain management plans
- Collaborate with nursing, care, and allied health teams
- Prescribe and trial mobility aids and assistive equipment
- Lead Wellness & Reablement programs focused on strength, balance, recovery, and independence
- Facilitate group exercise and falls prevention programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with AN-ACC and AHPRA standards
- Deliver physiotherapy services across residential, home, and community settings
- Provide high-quality client care while contributing positively to team culture and development
Essential Requirements
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in aged care, home, or community physiotherapy
- Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory from commencement)
- Applicants must be able to drive and have immediate access to a car. Please do not apply if you are unable to drive or cannot obtain a vehicle.
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Current vaccinations, including:
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Australian National Police Check (mandatory)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
- Experience in aged care, private practice, or community therapy highly regarded
Important Eligibility Requirement
This position is only available to local, onshore physiotherapists currently based in Australia with valid working rights, Happy to take registered Physiotherapist who hold student visa, 482 Visa Sponsorship may be considered after successful completion of 6 months of employment. Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest and proven experience in aged care physiotherapy.
