Restaurant Manager at Wingboys in Newtown

Wingboys is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Newtown location! If you’re passionate about hospitality, love creating amazing customer experiences, and enjoy leading a fun, energetic team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor costs and drive sales growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- Passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality experiences
- Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Must have the correct visa to work in Australia
- Must hold First Aid certification
