MedicalJobsAustralia has a permanent full time Registered Nurse position in the Hospital in the Home (HITH) program across Gosford, Wyong Hospitals and Long Jetty Health Care facility. The RN will deliver acute clinical care in patients' homes or HITH clinics and work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor health, respond to episodic needs and promote health maintenance and disease prevention.

Applicants must be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with relevant registration (AHPRA)
