About the Role

An exciting chance is available for a Diploma Qualified Educator to step into a Room Leader position within our Toddler Room, on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for toddlers
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and centre policies
- Work collaboratively with your team and contribute to a positive team culture

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (approved and recognised)
- Previous experience working with toddlers in an early learning environment
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)




- A current Child Protection (CHCPRT025/CHCPRT001) certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current first aid qualification approved for early childhood settings: HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
- NSW Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and EYLF
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a team-oriented mindset

Essential Eligibility Requirements

Please note that only applicants who meet the essential requirements will be considered.

Do not apply if you:

- Do not hold an approved and recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. We are not able to accept Certificate III qualifications, teaching degrees, overseas qualifications that are not recognised as an approved Diploma, or any other alternative qualifications for this position.
- Do not have the required experience working with toddlers in an early learning environment.
- Do not meet the essential criteria outlined in this advertisement.
