Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support application upgrades, Energy Market projects, and technology transformation initiatives within the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery risks, issues, impediments, dependencies, and RAID logs.
- Coordinate across business, application, infrastructure, testing, security, vendors, and release teams.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and platform modernisation.
- Coordinate UAT, release readiness, production deployments, and go-live activities.
- Provide delivery reporting on milestones, velocity, risks, blockers, and dependencies.




- Support Energy Market / AEMO-related initiatives, regulatory changes, and operational readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12+ years of IT delivery experience with solid Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience.
- Experience delivering application upgrades, technology projects, or business transformation initiatives.
- Robust knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and delivery governance.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and release management skills.
- Energy / Utilities industry experience and AEMO project exposure highly desirable.

Certifications

- PSM or CSM – Required
- ITIL V4 – Required
- PRINCE2 / PMP – Desirable
- SAFe / AWS / Azure certifications – Nice to have
