About Us

Burndy Cable Support Systems is a leading supplier of cable support and electrical infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Storeperson to join our Brisbane team based in Acacia Ridge.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in accurate work, safe practices, and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and Queensland Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products while maintaining a protected and organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming goods
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Safe loading, unloading, and load restraint practices
- Forklift operation and daily pre-start inspections
- Accurate completion of warehouse documentation and system entries
- Reporting damaged goods and inventory discrepancies
- Assisting with delivery paperwork and dispatch requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse




- Supporting the wider team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks and lift up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with receipting, dispatch, and inventory procedures
- Knowledge of load restraint and safe loading practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
