We are seeking a highly motivated and capable National Warehouse Projects & Operations Coordinator to work directly with our National Warehouse Manager and support the delivery of strategic warehouse initiatives across our national network. The candidate must be located in Sydney. Office based in Wetherill Park.

This is not a traditional administration role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, can develop and implement practical solutions, and is prepared to roll up their sleeves to ensure outcomes are delivered.

The successful candidate will play a key role in customer onboarding, project delivery, inventory management, operational improvement initiatives and supporting warehouse teams nationally.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the National Warehouse Manager, you will be involved in a broad range of operational, commercial and project-based activities across our national warehouse network.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, operational standards are maintained, and continuous improvements are identified and implemented.

Interstate travel will be required,



including occasions where you may be based at another site for several weeks while supporting customer implementations, operational improvements or project rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the onboarding of new warehousing and logistics customers.
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure successful implementation of new business.
- Coordinate stakeholders and maintain regular communication on project progress, risks and milestones.
- Support warehouse teams nationally with operational challenges and improvement initiatives.
- Analyse inventory accuracy, transaction integrity and warehouse performance.
- Develop practical solutions to operational challenges and assist with implementation.
- Assist with supplier engagement, contract reviews and obtaining quotations for works and services.
- Support warehouse layout planning, inventory setup and operational readiness activities.
- Work closely with site leadership teams to drive consistency and best practice across the network.
- Generate reports and provide operational insights to support decision making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and innovation.
- Assist with sensitive freight and specialised logistics projects.
- Support the National Warehouse Manager across a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Strong warehouse and inventory management experience.




- Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Proven ability to solve complex operational problems.
- Ability to develop solutions and drive implementation through to completion.
- Experience onboarding customers or implementing operational projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehousing, 3PL, sensitive freight and non-standard freight operations.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with suppliers and contractors.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes.
