Senior Social Worker (Full-Time) Location: Strathfield South, NSW

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay: $48.12-$62.81 per hour + super

Role Overview In this role, you will deliver trauma-informed, client-centered social work services to individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, chronic health conditions, disabilities, addiction, and domestic violence. You will oversee student placements and volunteers, ensuring high standards of ethical and effective support.

Skills Essential

- Master of Social Work or related qualification - 3-4 years' experience supporting disadvantaged communities - Ability to supervise students and manage complex cases - Experience with trauma-informed and community-based approaches - Strong communication and organisational skills - Dedication to social justice and ethical practice Desirable:
