Like any senior engineering role,
you'll also contribute to code quality, technical design, debugging, performance profiling, collaboration and mentoring. About the Team
You will be joining our NPC team, a small but growing group of engineers working on interactive simulation systems in Unity.
Your work involves collaborating with teams across R&D; department, hardware and industrial design, 3D printing, and product development.
The team is collaborative, supportive, and focused on building reliable, maintainable systems while continuing to learn and improve together.
We also make time to connect as a team through activities like pickleball, BBQs, team lunches, and other social events. And yes, we do have a slushie machine.

Culture
We are passionate, motivated, and driven, but we also believe in enjoying the process of solving problems. Everyone has a voice, and good ideas can come from anywhere.
You will not be expected to figure everything out alone. If you are stuck, help is always available from people across the office. We value teamwork, open communication, and shared ownership over “one-person army” heroics.
We're always hungry, always willing to assist one another, and will always find our way through what others would deem a near-impossible mission, all while still managing a smile and a laugh. Operator XR specialises in portable and immersive virtual reality training systems for law enforcement and military worldwide. More than just a leading-edge technology company, our deep expertise in advanced XR simulation platforms is backed by years of first-hand, front-line military and policing experience.
