We are a fast-paced scale-up on a mission and our roadmap is packed with incredibly cool, complex problems to solve, and we prioritise momentum and capability over hierarchy and lengthy processes.

We are looking for a Senior Engineer who is a Pragmatic Builder. You’ll work directly with our Head of R&D;, Data Engineer, and our offshore and junior developers.



You won't just be a cog in a machine; you will have the autonomy to look at a commercial problem, collaborate on the technical solution, and just go build it.

If you love balancing traditional development practises with utilising AI coding assistants to max your output, spinning up automated workflows, and having a direct impact on a rapidly scaling platform, this is your playground.

What you'll do

Build and scale the core platform, fix bugs, and ship features.

Rapidly build internal tools and automations (e.g. field capture tooling, operational efficiency tools) that support business and roadmap.

Scope your own work: understand the commercial "why," identify edge cases, write the tickets, execute.

Review offshore contributions and mentor a junior developer.

Use AI coding tools to move quick on MVP, design and lightweight apps

Work closely with the Head of R&D; to stay connected and deliver on the vision
