We are recruiting for a reputable accounting and advisory firm with a strong presence across Queensland, known for its client‑focused approach and supportive workplace culture. With multiple offices offering advisory, audit, SMSF, tax and wealth management, this firm provides a team-oriented environment where your expertise will be valued and nurtured.

The Role:

- Work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as construction, primary production, professional services and retail.
- Prepare and review financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Manage tax compliance and provide practical,



technical guidance on complex tax and accounting matters.
- Collaborate with managers and partners on advisory and tax planning work, contributing insights to support sound financial decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior accountants, reviewing work and sharing your knowledge.

About You:

- Minimum 5 years' Australian public practice experience in Business Services and Tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian accounting and tax regulations across a variety of entity types.
- Proficient in MYOB AE, Xero and related accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and passionate about mentoring and developing team capability.
