This is a hands-on role within an established national team, offering direct exposure to fast-paced, operationally significant transaction management.You will manage end-to-end transactions across the NSW/ACT retail portfolio, ensuring lease events are identified, planned and progressed on time. From site searches and option analysis to renewals, relocations and market rent reviews, you'll coordinate cross-functional inputs and engage confidently with landlords, agents and client stakeholders to deliver commercially sound outcomes.The successful candidate will be based on-site 3 days a week at our client’s Surry Hills office.Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with possibility of an extension or conversion.Key Responsibilities:Deliver leasing, renewals, relocations and market rent reviews across the NSW/ACT portfolioProactively manage critical dates and upcoming lease events to strict timeframesConduct site inspections and prepare clear option analysis and recommendationsPrepare high-quality submissions for internal and client approvalsEngage with landlords, agents and internal teams to negotiate transaction outcomesCoordinate inputs from property management,
