About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (Digital UX Specialist) to join our Digital team in a newly created role. Reporting directly to the Digital Experience Manager, you will lead the end to end UX/UI design for our website experiences. You will act as the primary point of contact for UX/UI design and customer insights, influencing the digital feature roadmap and guiding digital product development.

Because this is a recent role, you will have the unique opportunity to establish our UX/UI capability from the ground up,



define foundational design systems, and establish a framework for knowledge sharing within the Digital team.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the end to end UX/UI design for website experiences, conduct discovery workshops and user research, and translate insights into wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Perform post release UX/UI audits across all Retail website pages (Red Energy, Lumo Energy) to evaluate component fit, information flow, and narrative clarity, implementing continuous improvements to reduce fallout.
- Build scalable, production-ready Figma UI component libraries and implement design token structures specifically optimised for our Contentful CMS.
- Track and report on UX/UI performance, collaborating with Customer Insights and Analytics teams, embedding A/B testing and continuous optimisation into your ways of working.
