We have developed a comprehensive AI and automation process across our SEO offering and are now looking for someone who is excited to help us continue developing and perfecting it.

This isn't about needing to be an AI expert from day one. We're looking for someone with a strong SEO foundation, a genuine curiosity around AI and automation, and the ability to learn, test and help shape how these technologies can be applied within SEO.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Join our team as an SEO Specialist and play a key role in driving organic growth for our clients, while helping us push our SEO offering further through AI and automation.

You'll focus on technical SEO, alongside on-page and off-page optimisation, working across a range of client accounts and industries. You'll analyse websites, identify opportunities,



develop strategies and implement SEO improvements to drive visibility and performance.

A big part of the role will also involve learning and working with our existing AI and automation processes. You'll be trained on how we currently use AI within our SEO workflows before helping us test, refine and improve these processes over time.

You'll have the chance to explore how AI can be used across areas such as SEO analysis, content, reporting, research, automation and workflow optimisation. We're looking for someone who is happy to experiment, challenge existing processes and help us work out what genuinely adds value.

You'll also work closely with clients, helping them understand SEO opportunities, presenting recommendations and keeping them up to date with the latest developments across search, AI and automation.

YOU WILL NEED...

- 2 years in an SEO focused role
- Strong hands-on experience with some Technical SEO
- In-depth understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and how technology is changing SEO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you'll be using data to identify opportunities and shape strategy
- Strong communication skills - you'll be liaising with clients and the wider team
- A willingness to learn, test and challenge existing processes
