What you'll do -

- Assist with the lifecycle management of software and hardware assets across The Lottery Corporation, ensuring accurate and reliable asset information.
- Support the end-to-end software request process, from requirement validation through to licensing, approvals and fulfilment.
- Partner with technology, procurement, finance and security teams to optimise software usage and control costs.
- Deliver reporting, governance and data quality initiatives that improve visibility and support decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, process simplification and enhanced user experiences.

What you'll bring -
- Experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Management or technology operations environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, data quality and operational excellence.
- Experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Flexera Snow Atlas or similar enterprise asset management tools.




- Ability to build trusted relationships and confidently engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance user needs, governance requirements and commercial outcomes.
