Service Manager | Perth - Southern Suburbs

We're partnering with one of Australia's leading equipment hire businesses to recruit an experienced Service Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, commercial outcomes and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day service operations
- Manage, support and mentor service and operational employees
- Oversee workflow, scheduling and service delivery
- Deliver against budgets, revenue targets, profitability and KPIs
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Oversee procurement and support external sales activities
- Develop external servicing opportunities and customer relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS and protected working practices

About You

- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or similar
- Background within equipment hire, access equipment,



heavy equipment, materials handling or industrial services is highly desirable
- Enjoy working in a fast-moving, high-performing business environment
- Solid technical understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems
- Proven people leadership and team management experience
- Commercial experience across budgets, KPIs and revenue targets
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver's Licence
