What you’ll do

As a Sessional Trainer in our team, you’ll engage with a diverse cohort and deliver industry specific, job ready programs such as:





- Construction & Building - construction sector essentials and workplace safety.
- Horticulture - practical skills for entry-level horticulture roles
- Renewable Energy - solar and tech readiness

These courses give learners the chance to take a small step toward big opportunities - building confidence and hands-on skills to become job-ready and achieve meaningful change through employment.

What you’ll bring

- You’re a qualified Trainer (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Current White Card.
- Recent building and construction industry experience within the last two years.
- Demonstrated practical skills and current knowledge of construction work health and safety practices
- A collaborative approach with outstanding people skills, organisation and initiative.
- A positive, can-do attitude with an ability to engage diverse clients with various backgrounds and levels of experience.
