AEON Homes is a design-led custom joinery studio creating premium kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors and wall panelling for high-end Australian homes.

From our 400 m² showroom at Home HQ Artarmon, we run a complete design–manufacture–installation model, backed by our own manufacturing base and Australia–China design and production network.

The role

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Artarmon team.

You will welcome clients into our showroom, understand their renovation and custom joinery needs, introduce suitable products and finishes, follow up enquiries, and guide clients from their initial consultation through to signed agreement and production deposit.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the whole-home custom joinery, kitchen, wardrobe or cabinetry industry and enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions and closing sales.

- Full-time, five days per week
- One rostered weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week, as weekends are a key showroom consultation period
- Based at our Home HQ Artarmon showroom
- Qualified showroom enquiries and sales opportunities provided

What you’ll do

- Welcome and consult with residential clients in our showroom
- Understand each client’s renovation plans, budget, style and functional requirements
- Present our kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors, wall panelling, materials and finishes
- Explain AEON Homes’ design, manufacturing and installation process
- Build solid relationships with clients and maintain consistent follow-up
- Work with our designers to turn client requirements into suitable design and joinery solutions
- Prepare and present quotations, product selections and sales proposals
- Handle client questions and objections professionally
- Guide clients through design approval, contract signing and payment of the production deposit
- Maintain accurate client notes, follow-up activities and sales progress in the company CRM
- Coordinate with our design,



production and installation teams in Australia and China
- Meet individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 1 year’s sales experience in a whole-home customisation, kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry, furniture or interior showroom
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written
- A good understanding of custom joinery products, materials, finishes and the residential renovation process
- Strong face-to-face communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Confidence following up enquiries, presenting quotations and asking for the sale
- A professional appearance and a warm, service-focused approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, project teams and production teams
- Full Australian working rights, or a temporary visa with full-time work rights

Experience with high-end residential clients, CRM systems, quoting software or reading basic floor plans will be highly regarded.

What we offer

- $70,000–$80,000 base salary + super, depending on experience
- Uncapped sales commission
- Commission calculated at 3% of the commissionable order value
- The commissionable order value is the net contract value excluding GST, freight and installation — calculated as 80% of the net contract value (ex-GST) for simplicity
- Realistic OTE of $100,000–$130,000+, depending on performance
