Our client is a well-established Tier 2 commercial and residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale mixed-use and high-rise residential developments across South East Queensland. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and lead the successful delivery of a landmark high-rise project. Your New Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all in office construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, you will manage daily site operations throughout the build lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all day-to-day site activities on a high-rise residential project.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Drive construction programmes and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections.
- Monitor construction quality and manage defect prevention.
- Coordinate structural, façade, services, and finishing trades.




- Ensure project delivery aligns with budget, programme, and quality objectives.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and key project stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise residential projects exceeding 20 storeys.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management (preferred).
