IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced Electricians and HVAC / Refrigeration Mechanics for casual FIFO opportunities providing maintenance services across remote village accommodation and mine sites.
These roles are suited to experienced tradespeople who have previously worked in FIFO environments and are available for immediate mobilisation from Adelaide Airport.
On Offer
- $75.00 per hour Casual
- Public Holiday Rate – $90.78 per hour
- Overtime paid where applicable
- FIFO from Adelaide Airport only
- Weekly pays on Thursday
- Superannuation paid on all hours worked
- 12-hour shifts. Casual 8:6 and 2:1 rosters
- Immediate commencement opportunities
Electricians – $75.00 per hour (Casual)
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Current South Australian Electrical Worker Registration (Unrestricted)
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or recognised equivalent)
- Current LVR/CPR
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Portable Appliance Tester competency
- Gas Test Atmospheres
- Previous FIFO maintenance experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
- Unlimited Australian working rights
HVAC / Refrigeration Mechanics – $75.00 per hour (Casual)Essential Requirements

- South Australian Restricted Electrical Worker Registration
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or recognised equivalent)
- Current LVR/CPR
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Previous FIFO maintenance experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
- Unlimited Australian working rights
