Warehouse Pick & Pack Officer – eCommerce & B2B
Cosmetics business is looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Pick & Pack Officer to join our warehouse team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires robust attention to detail and good numerical skills, as order accuracy is extremely important.
Key Responsibilities
- Print and process all Ready to Pack online and B2B wholesale orders daily.
- Pick, pack and double-check orders accurately before dispatch.
- Ensure products, quantities and order details are correct with minimal errors.
- Pack products safely and securely to prevent damage during delivery.
- Communicate with the Sales Team regarding B2B orders, stock or order discrepancies.
- Ensure completed orders are dispatched to customers as quickly as possible.
- Use warehouse/order management systems to process and track orders logically and accurately.
- Assist with stock movement,
receiving and general warehouse duties when required.
- Maintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse pick & pack experience is required.
- B2B / wholesale order picking and packing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience using a pallet jack and forklift experience/licence is required.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Clear thinking, organised and able to follow order processes accurately.
- Able to complete daily orders on time and with a high level of accuracy.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Korean and/or Chinese language skills are highly regarded.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who works quickly but does not sacrifice accuracy. Every order must be picked, checked, packed and dispatched correctly and on time.
