About the role:

- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock and materials.
- Picking, packing and staging orders accurately for production and dispatch.
- Operating high reach forklifts to safely move and store pallets.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Completing pallet movements and stock transfers between warehouse locations.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and completing stock movements within warehouse systems.
- Assisting with cycle counts, stocktakes and investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Ensuring stock is stored safely, accurately and in the correct locations.
- Preparing orders and materials to support production requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping and organisation.
- Working closely with warehouse, production and logistics teams to meet daily requirements.
- Following all food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures.

About you:

- Previous experience working as a Storeperson, Warehouse Operator or similar.
- Current LF Forklift Licence is essential.
- Confident and proven experience operating high reach forklifts.
- Strong experience across receivals, picking, packing, putaways and dispatch.
- Valuable understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
- Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced warehouse environment will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable completing both forklift and manual warehouse duties.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Reliable, motivated and committed to maintaining strong safety standards.
