Key focus areas End‑to‑end site management from establishment through to handover

Strong ownership of WHS systems and compliance





Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme discipline

Driving quality outcomes and efficient defect close‑out

Working confidently within live or sensitive health environments What we’re looking for? Proven experience delivering fit‑out and refurbishment projects

Strong capability with Procore and Hammertech

Experience in health, education, pharma or similarly regulated environments

Clear communicator with a calm, solutions‑focused leadership style
