Site Supervisor

Murray Constructions The Opportunity:

Murray Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone who’s confident running a crew, keeping things moving on site, and taking responsibility for safety, quality, and coordination from start to finish. You’ll be backed by our project managers and head office, but you take ownership of your sites.

If you’ve got strong experience in civil or concrete construction (especially bridges), know how to lead from the front, and want to be part of a respected regional business that does things properly — this one’s for you.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and a chance to see meaningful results - without the FIFO swings.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll lead day-to-day operations on site, including:

· Leading daily operations on site during the bridge build

· Managing site safety, workflow, equipment, subcontractors & materials

· Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers & delivery partners

· Driving high standards of quality, finish, and accountability

· Problem solving on the fly & keeping the job running smoothly

· Supporting your crew and building a tight-knit team

What we’re looking for:

We want someone reliable, practical, and steady under pressure.



A capable leader who knows what needs doing and isn’t afraid to get stuck in to get the job done.

· Solid background in Civil Construction, concrete or bridgework

· Experience running jobs & supervising crews (5-10 people)

· White Card, full driver’s licence, and full working rights in Australia

· Calm and confident leadership

· Strong communication, planning and decision making skills

· Respect for safety, people and the work

· Experience with bridges, culverts, or water infrastructure is a plus—but more important is your reliability, adaptability, and commitment to doing quality work
