The Role

We're looking for a curious, platform-native intern to join the Komodo social team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing — supporting day-to-day channel management, content creation, and community work across a range of exciting client accounts. You'll be working alongside experienced Social Media Managers and Creative Producers getting exposure to the full breadth of agency life — from briefing to publishing to performance reporting.

Duration

- 3 days per week.
- 3 month internship.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support the publishing process across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — scheduling, QA checks, and posting
- Assist with community management: monitoring comments, drafting responses, and flagging escalations
- Help build and maintain monthly content calendars under the guidance of senior team members
- Research trends, sounds, and cultural moments to inform content ideas and campaign planning
- Capture iPhone-first content (photo, video, stories) for clients and internal use when needed
- Draft captions, hooks, and copy with support from the wider creative team
- Assist in compiling monthly performance reports — pulling data, building slides, and identifying key learnings




- Support shoots, activations, and content capture days as requires
- Keep trackers, briefs, and shared documents up to date
- Bring energy, fresh ideas, and a genuine love for social to everything you do

What We're Looking For

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Active on social media — you understand what makes content work on Instagram and TikTok intuitively
- A strong eye for aesthetics and a natural instinct for on-brand, platform-native content
- Comfortable shooting and editing on iPhone; experience with CapCut or similar a bonus
- Positive writing skills — clear, punchy, and adaptable in tone
- Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to put your hand up with ideas
- Agency or brand social experience (even personal projects or internships) is a plus, not a requirement
