Kiindred is looking for someone who loves social, content and storytelling ? The kind of person who hears a great podcast quote and immediately thinks, “that needs to be clipped.” Who spots the moment in a conversation that would make a great Reel. Who understands what makes people stop scrolling, and knows how to turn everyday moments, expert advice and conversations into content people want to watch, share and save. Who's Confident working in Canva or similar tools to produce on-brand social assets independently This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making content just as much as they love planning it.

You’ll work across social, podcast and editorial content, helping bring ideas to life and keeping our channels moving week to week. A quick look at our world Our ecosystem includes:

? Kiin Agency - where we develop campaigns, content and creative partnerships What you’ll be doing A mix of content creation, community building and creator management Social content

- Managing the day-to-day content across Kiindred, Kiin Creators & Kiin Talent
- Content admin including scheduling, asset management, approvals and reporting
- Coming up with timely, relevant content ideas for our audiences
- Identifying moments, topics and formats that could become recurring social series
- Keeping across platform trends and finding ways to make them work for our brands
- Looking at what’s performing and using those insights to inform what we create next Creating content
- Experience editing short-form video using CapCut,



Premiere Pro, or similar
- Capturing interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, podcast content and everyday social footage
- Turning longer-form content into engaging short-form videos
- Writing hooks, captions and social copy that actually sound human
- Creating simple graphics, carousels and other social assets where needed
- Testing new formats and ideas in a busy content category
- Managing social calendars and scheduling content
- Coordinating assets, approvals and publishing deadlines
- Keeping content organised across multiple channels and projects
- Monitoring comments, messages and community conversations
- Reviewing performance and sharing simple insights on what’s working You’ll work alongside our wider creative team, including videographers, editors and designers, so you won’t be doing everything alone. Podcast production
- Supporting the weekly production of Kiindred’s podcast, Things Nobody Tells You
- Reviewing episodes and identifying the strongest clips, quotes and social moments
- Briefing and preparing social assets around each episode
- Helping manage episode uploads, descriptions, titles and supporting content
- Finding ways to extend each conversation beyond the full podcast episode
- Supporting podcast recordings and studio days where needed Creator management

Working with the wider team to develop and manage creator relationships





Working across our Kiin Creators and Kiin Talent offering to onboard brands and creators when support is needed

Helping build out education content for creators as we onboard them across our platforms

Being part of the team as we scale this side to our offering We’d love to meet someone who

- Has a few years of experience in social media, content production, digital publishing or a similar role
- Has strong instincts for what makes good social content
- Is comfortable filming and editing short-form video
- Knows their way around Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Can confidently take an idea from concept through to published content
- Is organised and comfortable juggling multiple pieces of content at once
- Can write sharp, conversational copy
- Understands that sometimes the best content is polished, and sometimes it’s something captured on an iPhone at exactly the right moment
- Is curious, collaborative and happy to get stuck in as part of a smaller team The perks
