Not someday. Right now.

Every week we're doing podcasts, workshops, client transformations, events, team meetings, overseas trips and behind-the-scenes moments that help fitness business owners build businesses that change their lives.

Your job is to capture it. Turn it into content people can't scroll past.

This isn't a marketing job.

You're not scheduling posts. You're not writing newsletters. You're not making Canva graphics.

And it isn't a film production job either.

No cinema cameras. No shot lists. No colour grades. We shoot on phones, we move fast, and the moments are already happening around us. If your best work needs a gimbal and a lighting kit, you're talented but this isn't your job.

You're creating content. Real content. The kind that gets watched, shared and talked about.

You'll spend your days on the ground with our founder, coaches and team, travelling to events, brainstorming new ideas, editing fast in CapCut + Edits, testing new formats and constantly asking:

"How do we make this impossible to ignore?"

What you'll own

This is an ownership role, not a task list. Short-form is yours.

- Instagram and TikTok for our founder, our brand, and our media lead - growth is your scoreboard
- Editing daily in CapCut + Edits - hooks, pacing, captions, sound
- Turning one long-form piece into multiple short-form videos
- Capturing workshops, events, travel and behind-the-scenes moments - on a phone, in the moment
- Knowing what's working on IG and TikTok this week and testing it before anyone else
- Working with the team on content strategy, then executing it fast

No two weeks will look the same.

You'll probably love this role if...





- You're already the person capturing everything on your phone.
- Your camera roll is full of random B-roll.
- You constantly send your mates new Reels because "this hook is genius."
- You open Instagram for five minutes and end up analysing why a video hit two million views.
- You've grown an account - yours or someone else's - and can show us the numbers.
- You're obsessed with making the next piece better than the last.

What we're looking for

You don't need ten years' experience. You do need taste.

You know a positive hook when you see one. You understand pacing. You know how to keep attention. You can stand in a room and know exactly which 15 seconds is the video. You can make someone feel comfortable on camera. You move quickly. You're organised. You don't wait to be told what to do. You already think like a creator.

Non-negotiables

- You edit in CapCut or Edits, fast and well.
- You understand Instagram and TikTok natively
- You can capture on a phone. See the moment, grab it, no setup.
- You can show us short-form content you made that performed.
- You know what's working and more importantly, why.
- You love feedback because it makes your content better.

We want someone who comes in, owns short-form, and grows into our Head of Content. That's not a maybe - it's the plan. Nail this role and the role grows with you.
