Our Boy Roy in Clarence Park is hunting a young Sous or CDP ready to take the next step and work alongside Head Chef.
Predominantly Mornings and Lunch. Home by 330pm!
Full Time Role, 38hrs across a 5 day week.
Roy is a Deli, Cafe & Sandwich Shop rolled into one, allowing for creativity and fun.
Right person will be/have;
- Someone who can work independently and confidently run the kitchen without needing to be micromanaged
- Robust ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency — no shortcuts, no guesswork
- Solid experience in a similar kitchen (café/bistro/fine dining background all welcome)
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure during service
- A team player who takes ownership of their section and standards
