Acrow is Australia's leading provider of specialised formwork, jumpform, loading platform, and screen systems, supporting some of the country's largest and most complex high-rise and infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Queensland Specialised Services Manager to lead and grow our Screens, SuperDeck Platforms and Jumpform business throughout Queensland.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines business development, client management, operational leadership and project delivery. You will be working with a highly effective national team, supported by your local team with 5 direct reports.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing growth strategies for Screens, SuperDeck and Jumpform systems throughout Queensland.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, formworkers and key industry stakeholders.
- Identifying and securing new project opportunities.
- Managing project teams, site personnel, yard operations and engineering resources.
- Driving safety, quality and compliance across all projects.
- Managing forecasts
- Working closely with national engineering, operations and commercial teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.
- Providing leadership and mentoring to project managers, supervisors and site personnel.




- Contributing to product development, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Extensive experience within formwork, jumpforms, screens, construction or related industries.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated business development success.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of high-rise construction methodologies.
- Robust knowledge of safety, risk management and operational excellence.
- Ability to drive growth while maintaining exceptional project delivery standards.
- High level communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
