About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining property management with the opportunity to grow a sales pipeline.

Day-to-day, you'll manage a well-established portfolio within one building. Alongside this, you'll have the freedom to convert warm leads and build your own sales income stream.

We already generate leads - we need someone who can close.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a residential portfolio within The Bentleigh

Building relationships with landlords and tenants

Converting warm leads into managements and sales

Negotiating confidently and closing deals





Contributing to a collaborative, no-ego team environment

What We're Looking For

Strong negotiation and sales ability

Someone who can turn conversations into outcomes

Solid property management experience

A team player who communicates well and supports others
