ERP & Business Systems Analyst | Permanant Full time | Tomago
Own the systems, data and insights that help drive a growing Australian technology business.
We’re partnering with a growing Australian technology business to find an ERP & Business Systems Analyst who will take ownership of its core business systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite, reporting, BI and continuous improvement.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll sit between technology, data and the business – solving problems, improving processes and helping the organisation get more from its systems.
The Opportunity
You’ll become a key internal point of contact for NetSuite and the broader business systems environment.
Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll understand what they need, identify issues and opportunities, and turn them into practical system improvements.
That could mean improving a NetSuite workflow, solving a data issue, building better reporting, supporting an integration or identifying a process that can be automated.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise NetSuite
- Support and improve key business systems
- Build reports, dashboards and BI insights
- Analyse data and improve data quality
- Map and improve business processes
- Identify opportunities for automation
- Gather and translate business requirements
- Improve workflows and system functionality
- Support system integrations and data flows
- Troubleshoot system and reporting issues
- Support upgrades and new technology initiatives
- Work across Finance, Operations, Sales and leadership
- Help users get more value from their systems
