What is the role?

We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our ProInstall team based in our Canning Vale office. Our ProInstall business provides end to end glazing services and solutions for developers and builders.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this position will provide support to the ProInstall team by assisting with tenders and estimations, with a focus on the compliance and administration requirements of our projects.

What would my duties include?

- Timely and accurate preparation of quotes, from customer drawings, enquiries and designs

- Respond and follow up in a timely manner to customer queries, quotes and tenders

- Read and interpret tender documents and customer contracts

- Preparation of tenders; from site visits, tender contracts and post-tender activities





- Continually develop knowledge of relevant Australian Standards on glass selection and installation

- Maintain Master Register ensuring that all current projects are registered and information is accurate

- Maintain all job files, ensuring the currency of all construction documentation from customers and/or platforms such as Logikal or V6

- Building relationships and trusts with clients

- Provide support to the Projects Coordinators and team as required

What do I need to apply?

- A valid Australian driver's license

- Computer literacy

- Estimation experience

- The ability to read and understand plans, specifications and estimates

What would make my application more desirable?

- Experience in the building or construction industry (especially glass and glazing)

- Knowledge of relevant Australian standards on glass selection and installation

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

- Experience in either Logikal or V6 is highly desirable
