Reporting directly to the Merchandise Director, you'll play a key role in shaping inventory strategy, forecasting business performance and influencing commercial decisions across the organisation.

The opportunity
This is a broad, commercially focused planning role where you'll partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Operations and Marketing to ensure the right product is available, at the right time, in the right quantity.
You'll own the planning process across forecasting, inventory, OTB and assortment planning while delivering meaningful commercial insights that drive business performance.

What you'll be doing:
- Build rolling sales and inventory forecasts
- Manage Open-to-Buy and stock investment
- Analyse sales, margin and trading performance
- Optimise inventory across retail and wholesale
- Drive assortment and range planning decisions
- Support pricing and promotional strategies
- Partner with suppliers on purchasing and logistics
- Collaborate across Product, Finance and Operations
- Mentor and support the Merchandise Assistant
About you:
You will have experience within Merchandise Planning and enjoy balancing commercial strategy with analytical thinking.
- Merchandise Planning experience
- Forecasting and inventory management expertise
- Strong Open-to-Buy experience
- Advanced Excel capability
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous)
- Robust commercial and stakeholder management skills
