NSW is Contour's next state. You're the person who makes it real.

Contour is opening its next market, and someone needs to sell it, run it, and own the number, before there's a team to hand any of it to. You'll personally close end-of-trial conversations, stand up the sales team , roster tutors, manage campuses, and build the sales playbook by running it yourself, then hand each piece to the team you hire.

This is a selling leadership role first , not an operations job with a sales label on it. You'll own the NSW revenue number and budget , run campus operations across every site, and handle the local people and compliance calls that come with being first in a new jurisdiction. Curriculum, tutors, pricing and brand sit with central teams. Your job is to win their priority for NSW and turn it into dated commitments, then escalate quick when local and central priorities clash.

A leader who runs NSW from a laptop has misunderstood this role. You're on campus most days, parents know you by name,



and you're measured first on whether NSW students get a real shot at their HSC results. Revenue and growth follow.
