We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong leader and excellent coach to manage our RSEA Safety Store in Toowoomba!

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Toowoomba store, leading and developing your team to deliver strong customer service, sales and operational outcomes.

You will be a hands-on leader and excellent coach who can motivate your team, drive performance and create a positive store environment. You will be comfortable setting and driving KPIs, managing visual merchandising and in-store promotions, and balancing the various operational and retail activities that come with running a busy store. We are looking for an outgoing, natural leader who can inspire people and bring their team on the journey with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the store to achieve financial and operational targets through sales performance, KPIs, inventory management and shrinkage control
- Lead and deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards
- Lead, develop, coach and motivate your team to achieve strong performance
- Manage visual merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure excellent execution
- Manage and monitor store costs in line with business requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Create a positive, vibrant and high-performing working environment
- Take a proactive approach to supporting the broader retail network
- Manage scheduling, rostering and reporting requirements





Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

- Previous retail management experience
- Strong business acumen with experience managing financial and operational KPIs
- Self-motivated with a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Experience with visual merchandising and in-store promotions
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong computer literacy; experience with systems similar to Pronto would be advantageous
- A genuine interest in the RSEA Safety brand and our customers
